A Laotian couple from the Sacramento area has been missing since Thanksgiving Day according to the Lodi News Sentinel.
Chantra Chanpenxi, 51, and her husband Van Chanpenxi, 64, left to go fishing on the Delta in their boat on Thanksgiving Day and have not been seen or heard from since. The U.S. Coast Guard found their fishing boat in the water, north of the Rio Vista bridge, unoccupied.
Chantra Chanpenxi is 5 feet 3 inches and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Van Chanpenxi is 5 feet 9 inches and weighs 155 pounds. He is bald and clean shaven, has brown eyes and wears glasses.
