The NY Post is reporting that Alexian Lien is planning to sue the city of New York and two officers involved in last year’s infamous biker beating.
In his claim, Lien calls the bikers a “vicious and unruly mob of motorcycle riders” who “attacked and assaulted” as well as “vandalized his motor vehicle.”
In the incident on September 29, Lien bumped his SUV up against a biker who reportedly intentionally cut in front of Lien’s SUV and intentionally slowed down in front of him.
That set off an angry reaction in which the group of bikers are accused of chasing Lien, eventually pulling him out of the vehicle and beating him.
Lien is alleging in his claim that the NYPD failed to protect him and that two officers also named in the suit, Wojciech Braszczok and Matthew Rodriguez, participated in the beating.
