NBA.com reports the Vietnamese American and African American is the highest ranking executive of color in any sports league.
He also serves as the NBA’s Chief Operating Officer.
This week he presided over the NBA lottery and announced who would get this year’s number 1 pick.
He has worked in the league office for 15 years and last served as Executive Vice President of Global Marketing Partnerships,
He has also worked for Major League Baseball, Clorox and Pepsi Cola.
