A suspect has been arrested and charged in the subway killing of an immigrant Chinese man who was pushed into an oncoming train to his death, reports WCBS.
New York Police arrested 34-year old Kevin Darden outside his mother’s home just five minutes from the subway station where Wai Kuen Kwok was killed.
Darden is a career criminal and is also suspected in the assault of an Asian man in a subway station earlier this month. In that incident, he’s accused of pushing a 51-year-old Asian man to the ground while he waited for a train.
