There was once a time when Leonard Nimoy had to speak up because George Takei was left off a new cartoon based on Star Trek .
8 million Facebook followers later and decades removed, George Takei now is featured in his own animated series.
EW reports that It Takeis Two will debut on Takei’s You Tube Channel this coming Tuesday, April 7.
The reality based series features the daily interaction between Takei and his husband Brad.
“The web series It Takeis Two gives Brad a place in the spotlight and a platform on which to complain. That alone makes it worth it to me. So while we won’t be taking fans into ‘outer space’ (that was an April’s Fools prank), we will be ‘spacing out’ our lives for the fans through these webisodes. We hope many fans tune in regularly.”
