ABC: DJ Steve Aoki Sued Over Stunt Gone Bad

Steve Aoki

World famous disc jockey Steve Aoki is being sued for breaking the neck of a fan during one of his shows after he jumped from a two story scaffold onto a rubber raft held up by the crowd, reports ABC.

You can watch the stunt in the video below.

“Steve Aoki jumped, landed on the raft, landed on my head and I was knocked out,” said Brittany Hickman who attended the concert at the Hard Rock in San Diego. “I was unconscious.”

Aoki is estimated by Forbes to have made $14 million alone in 2013. He expressed remorse for what happened, but said he could not comment further because the lawsuit is headed to trial.
