A biker who pleaded guilty to assault and riot in the beating of SUV driver Alexian Lien in New York has been sentenced to three years in prison, reports Sky News.
Prosecutors said Jason Brown was part of a group which repeatedly kicked Lien and pounded him with their motorcycle helmets after Lien’s SUV hit one of the bikers.
“He’s accepted responsibility for his actions,” said Brown’s attorney Kenneth Montgomery. “He’s a very thoughtful, responsible man.”
