Albert Tsai and Ian Chen will engage in a little celebrity show swapping on ABC.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Tsai who plays the son Dave on Dr. Ken will make another guest appearance on Fresh Off the Boat.
Tsai appeared in two episodes in season 1 playing a precocious and sophisticated boy opposite the more down to earth and hip hop Eddie (Hudson Yang)
Chen who plays the youngest of three sons, Evan, on Fresh Off the Boat will appear as a neighbor on Dr. Ken.
It’s great to see these two young actors gain greater exposure. It’s only natural that the two shows featuring Asian American families on network television cross promote each other.
