Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders Could Make Difference in Nevada Caucuses

Nevada Caucus Training

The Nevada presidential caucuses are approaching, with the Nevada Democratic caucuses taking place on Saturday, February 20th, and the Nevada Republican caucuses taking place on Tuesday, February 23rd.

With 8.5% of Nevada’s voting age population Asian American and Pacific Islander, AAPIs can be critical in the entire political process—beyond the general election to the nomination process. APIAVote is joining with the Asian Community Development Council, Chinese American Group, I America, National Federation of Filipino American Associations and Asian Community Resource Center on Wednesday, February 17th, to host a caucus training in Las Vegas to ensure AAPIs can be educated and are prepared to participate fully in the upcoming caucuses.

This training will give anyone intending to participate in either the Republican or Democratic caucuses hands-on, interactive practice to exercise your voice!
