For those who can’t wait for the release of Star Trek Beyond from Justin Lin, Paramount this morning released the movie’s final trailer.
According to JoBlo, it includes a new song from Rihanna, Sledgehammer.
It also includes a few glimpses of John Cho as Sulu.
This is director Lin’s first foray into the Enterprise. The first trailer released six months ago freaked out devoted Trekkies who feared Lin would abandon what made Star Trek special in favor of a more action movie approach.
A second trailer that came out last month seemed to ease those fears.
Star Trek Beyond is scheduled for release July 22.
