An Asian Indian attorney in British Columbia, Canada no doubt has had some tough words thrown at him during negotiations or in court. but what Ravi Duhra encountered even stunned him.
A man became highly volatile in the parking lot over a dispute over a parking spot, reports Global News.
The man angrily approached Duhra with one racial insult and four letter word after another.
He calls him a “P*ki” and a “camel-riding motherf*****.”
“White power, mother f*****,” the man screams pounding his chest.
He told Duhra to go back to India. Duhra calmly replied he was born in Canada.
Police in Abbotsford have seen the tape and called it “vile” and “unacceptable.”
They’ve referred the case to the hate crimes unit and are urging anyone who might know the man to come forward.
“This isn’t my first bout of racism, and it probably won’t be the last either,” Duhra said. “I think the difference this time was the aggression. I’ve never had anybody be that aggressive towards me, who I’ve never seen before in my life and I’ve never spoken to.”
