Police in Philadelphia are looking for two teens believed responsible for setting an explosive at a Chinese restaurant.

It happened early Sunday in the darkness of the night.

One of the boys, believed to be between 13 to 15-years old, is seen on the tape lighting what authorities believe to be a M-type explosive which caused significant damage.

You can watch the surveillance tape below.

One person in the restaurant described the incident as “mischief” to Fox 29.

Whatever exploded filled the restaurant with smoke and debris could be seen hurled into a air.

“This took effort. You had to know what you’re doing and take the time to do it,” said Captain Sekou Kinebrew to Fox29. Police told the station the boys actually returned later to check out the damage.

CBS Philadelphia reports a similar explosion occurred at an ATM yesterday in the same area of the city, but police do not know if the incidents are related.

No money was stolen in the latest incident.
