The role he’ll be playing is yet to be revealed.

Of Chinese-Malaysian and English descent, Hii starred as Prince Jingim in the Netflix drama series Marco Polo and currently plays Simon Van Reyk in the Australian TV crime drama Harrow.

In Crazy Rich Asians, Hii’s character Alistair Cheng is the cousin of male lead Nick Young (played by Henry Golding). The movie has received lots of attention and praise for its all-Asian cast, with supporters going so far as to buy out theaters to entice strangers with free tickets.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is expected to come out in theaters on July 5, 2019.
