The man beat the 88-year-old grandma unconscious last Monday, leaving her barely recognizable to her own family.
He is described as in his thirties, five-foot-six-inches tall with a skinny build. A witness found Huang at a playground all bloodied and with fractured ribs, facial bone and spine, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
ABC7 reports police have reviewed surveillance footage of the area and have speaken to witnesses.
