She’s joining a star studded line up which includes Keanu Reeves, Lucy Liu, Kate Winslet, Mahershala Ali, Idris Elba, Oscar Isaac, Nicole Kidman, Zoë Kravitz, and Cillian Murphy for A World of Calm on HBO Max, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The show inspired by the meditation app Calm will debut Oct 1 for an initial ten episode season.
Excited to join such an amazing group of “calming” voices for @hbomax’s @calm series, “A World Of Calm.” Coming Oct 1st., Chopra tweeted.
According to the Wrap, each episode will feature a celebrity telling “scientifically-engineered narratives” to “naturally calm your body and soothe the mind.”
Calm is a popular app geared toward people looking to sleep better, live healthier lives and to manage stress. It currently has 90 million downloads.
The producers promise the show will be visually stunning with “mesmeric imagery” and will transform the viewer into tranquility and peace.
