They are a sight to remember.
Three sisters graduated this weekend together at UC San Diego. The three are identical triplets Tiara, Taylor, and Tiger Nguyen.
They told KUSI that they didn’t plan to go to the same University, but when the acceptance letters came in, they knew they had to do it.
Their parents have been dressing them alike in color coordinated outfits since childhood. They’ve been stopped on the street to take photographs by total strangers. They love it, although sometimes they say when people mix them up, it can be tiring.
One will be walking alone on campus when they will be mistaken for one of their other sisters. Sometimes they don’t have the energy to correct the person and just play along, even though they have no idea what the person is talking about.
The three are from Fremont, CA. They each had different roommates in school, although they did join the same sorority. All three are graduating in computer related fields.
“Even though we’ve grown independently, we found our way back to each other. It’s literally been the best four years of our lives at UC San Diego,” the ladies said to KGTV.
However, their careers are taking them on separate paths and they will be going their separate ways after graduation.
Taylor is staying in San Diego. Tiara will be in Milpitas, and Tiger plans to go to Oakland.
“It’s not even really goodbye. It’s more like a chapter is closing, but a new one is about to be open,” Tiger said. I can’t wait to see where all of us will end up.”
