10 new inductees named to the Asian Hall of Fame

The Asian Hall of Fame in Seattle unveiled its list this morning of 10 new inductees.

Among those named are actor and son of Bruce Lee, Brandon Lee (in Memoriam), actress Nancy Kwan of Flower Drum Song fame, comedian and actor Ken Jeong, DJ and producer Steve Aoki, actress and president of SAG-AFTRA’s Asian Pacific American media committee Ren Hanami, former Pepsico CEO Indra Nooyi, Chief Justice of the California Supreme court and Filipina Tani Cantil-Sakauye, bass guitarist and Eric Clapton band member Phil Chen, soprano and Academy Award best song nominee Sumi Jo and brain cancer vaccine pioneer Dr. Linda Liau.

The 10 will be inducted at a virtual live streamed ceremony on November 13.

KTLA anchor Frank Buckley will emcee the ceremony.

Rock and Roll Hall of Famer drummer Danny Seraphine & CTA will headline.

Past inductees include Bruce Lee, Connie Chung, Daniel Dae Kim, Kristi Yamaguchi, Norm Mineta, among others.
