Sony Pictures has released the official trailer for “UMMA” a new horror film starring Sandra Oh.
‘Umma’ is the Korean word for mother. The film follows a woman who is haunted by the spirit of her mother. This is the official synopsis according to Collider:
“Amanda (Oh) and her daughter (Fivel Stewart) living a quiet life on an American farm, but when the remains of her estranged mother arrive from Korea, Amanda becomes haunted by the fear of turning into her own mother.”
The film is directed and written by Iris K. Shim. This film is her directorial debut.
“Umma” is coming to theaters on March 18.
