Amazon Prime Video has released an official teaser trailer for the second season of “The Summer I Turned Pretty.”
The show follows Belly (Lola Tung) who is caught in a love triangle with two brothers Conrad and Jeremiah, the sons of her mother’s best friend. The second season ended with a kiss between Belly and Conrad after the latter confessed his feelings for Belly.
The show also features performances from AAPI actors Jackie Chung, who plays Belly’s mother, and Sean Kaufman, who plays Belly’s brother Steven.
The second season of “The Summer I Turned Pretty” will premiere on July 14 on Prime Video. The first three episodes of the eight-episode season will be released that day with one episode being released per week after that the initial three.
