NBC Universal has released the trailer official trailer for the second season of its “Quantum Leap” reboot.
The reboot follows Dr. Ben Song (Raymond Lee), the new lead physicist on the Quantum Leap project. Like his predecessor Dr. Sam Beckett, Song travels back in time to change history for the better.
According to a press release, the second season will include time jumps to several historical events like Egypt in 1961, Los Angeles Riots in 1992 Koreatown, a UFO investigation in 1949 New Mexico and witch trials in 1692 Massachusetts.
The second season premieres on Wednesday, October 4 at 8:00 p.m. on NBC. Episodes will be available for streaming on Peacock a day after the air on NBC.
