A 17-year-old teen from China is reportedly being held for ransom in Northern Utah, reported his parents to police.
The parents of Kai Zhuang say they received a photo that seems to indicate he had been abducted, reported KSL.
However, police told ABC4 that it had no evidence he had been forcibly removed after earlier indicating he had been.
He is 5’10” tall and 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He normally wears a green jacket.
