Fresh off their Golden Globe victories, Steven Yeun and Ali Wong garnered Screen Actors Guild nominations for actor and actress in a TV movie or limited series Thursday morning for their roles in Beef.
The show also received a third nomination for best stunt ensemble. It’s up against Ahsoka, Barry, Beef, The Last of Us, and The Mandalorian.
Other nominees for actor in a TV movie or limited series are Matt Bomer, Fellow Travelers; Jon Hamm, Fargo; David Oyelowo, Lawmen: Bass Reeves and Tony Shalhoub, Mr. Monk’s Last Case: A Monk Movie.
For actress in a TV movie or limited series, the other nominees are Uzo Aduba, Painkiller; Kathryn Hahn, Tiny Beautiful Things; Brie Larson, Lessons in Chemistry and Bel Powley, A Small Light.
Notably absent from the nominations was Past Lives which received five Golden Globes nominations, but no wins.
It received nominations for best screenplay, motion picture; best director, motion picture; best motion picture, non-English language; Greta Lee, best performance by a female actor in a motion picture and best motion picture, drama.
Also absent is Charles Melton, who received a Globe nomination for supporting actor for May December.
