Nancy Wang, the writer and director of the play Shadows & Secrets, speaks about the mysterious death of her grandfather in Chicago, Chin Fan Foin. He fell four stories down an elevator shaft to his death in what until now had been thought to be an accident.
In the play, Wang explores the secrets that have come out from the shadows since that tragedy and explores the possibility her grandfather had been murdered.
Shadows & Secrets is set to premiere at the Mission Cultural Center this weekend.
Wang spoke to AsAmNews about the Shadows and Secrets surrounding her grandfather.
