A dumpster fire quickly raced up all three stories of an Oakland, CA Chinatown apartment complex forcing 38 tenants from their home, reports Hoodline
The Fire Department dispatched the Red Cross to assist those tenants who had nowhere to go.
Firefighters say they limited damage from the Wednesday fire to four of the 30 units.
However, power is out to the entire building on Ninth and Madison Streets preventing tenants from returning to the building, reported SFist.

It’s not known at this time when power might be restored.
The cause of the fire has not been determined, according to Fox2.
