Suspect says he’s tired of foreigners-accused in racial beating

A St. Louis man is accused of repeatedly punching a customer he passed in a grocery store in what police describe as a racially motivated assault, KMOV reports.

The victim told police the man muttered for him to “go back to your f–king country.”

When the victim asked him what he ever did to him, the man responded by repeatedly punching him and knocking him to the ground. A third customer unsuccessfully tried to pull the man off the victim. Witnesses say the assault didn’t stop until the suspect heard that police had been called.

When police arrived, they handcuffed 31-year-old Sean Singer and charged him with fourth degree assault motivated by discrimination.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by Law and Crime, police quoted Singer as telling them ” “I’m tired of foreigners, man. Walking all over the place, making our money cost so much more than it should. F—ing people trampling over us. I’m next f—ing going to China to take them down because they were part of the covid vaccine, virus.”

KSDK reports police describe the victim as Hispanic and not Asian.

Police also went on to quote Singer as saying “Don’t blame this on me, man. There’s people who are from other countries that are taking jobs away from us,” and “Foreigners are taking over.”
