Actor and singer Arden Cho, best known for her roles in Teen Wolf and Netflix’s Partner Track, announced her engagement on April 8 via Instagram, sharing a collection of photos from a surprise beach proposal in Maui.
In the images, Cho flashes an oval-cut diamond ring while embracing her fiancé in a romantic setup surrounded by red and pink roses. She wrote, “We found our way to forever, together. 3.31.25”, according to PEOPLE.
Cho recounted how she initially misunderstood her partner’s behavior at the airport before the trip. “Cut to: Me at the airport, low-key upset because he bailed on me to go through TSA PreCheck while I was stuck in the CLEAR line… weirdo,” she joked. She later discovered he was sneaking the engagement ring through security. “Turns out, he wasn’t being weird—he was nervously smuggling a ring through security like a dorky little spy”,as quoted by The Jang.
The post also included a heartfelt tribute to her fiancé, whom she described as “the calm to my chaos—the steady hand in my whirlwind life” and someone “who fixes bones”. While his identity was not disclosed, both outlets reported he is believed to be a doctor.
In another caption, Cho added: “Spoiler alert: I said yes! Life’s wild, love is wilder. Thank you for surprising me with the most magical night in my favorite place”, as reported by The Jang.
The announcement ended with a photo of the couple walking into the sunset on the Maui beach. Representatives for Cho have not yet commented further.
Most recently, Cho appeared in Avatar: The Last Airbender, released on Netflix in June 2024.
