The ChuChuTrain has come to a stop.
Arthur Chu’s reign as Jeopardy champ ended last night after 11 straight victories.
The champ some loved to hate won nearly $300,000 and told ABC he’ll likely use some of the money to take his wife to China and to buy a new home.
Last night Chu entered the Final Jeopardy in third place and he risked it all, all $7,600.
The Final Jeopardy answer was “He was the last male monarch who had not previously been Prince of Wales.”
Arthur guessed George the II and was left with nothing. The correct question was “who was George VI.”
Diana Peloquin is the new Jeopardy Champ
Arthur’s reign is over, but he will be back for the Tournament of Champions later this season.
You can check out his appearance on Good Morning America and the message left for him by all time Jeopardy champ Ken Jennings in the clip below.
