Closing arguments are expected to begin today in New York in the biker cop trial in the Alexian Lien beating.
A decision in the case is expected by Tuesday since this is not a jury trial. A judge will have ultimate say in this case.
On Thursday, accused undercover officer Wojciech Braszczok took the stand for a second day in his own defense.
He testified that he may have violated department policy about not calling 911, but he did not do anything criminal, reports WABC.
Braszczok also testified about some lies he’s been caught in.
“You told Officer Younger that you weren’t even present? You were lying about what you had and hadn’t seen,” asked prosecutor Joshua Steinglass.
“Yes, I was lying. I didn’t want to get them involved. I was looking not to get fired from the job. Yes, I was looking out for myself,” responded Braszczok.
Braszczok also answered questions about the cell phone video that shows him smashing the rear of Lien’s vehicle.
You can find out more about that in the video below from WABC.
