Leah Li of Mercer Island, WA was crowned Miss Chinatown USA last night in San Francisco. She’ll lead the Miss Chinatown Court in the annual Southwest Airlines Chinese New Year Parade on Saturday before an expected crowd of up to 500,000 people.
