Highline Residential which describes itself as New York’s top real estate firm has fired one of its agents following a racist tweet about BTS and Asian men.
Koreaboo reports the agent tweeted about BTS after their Saturday Night Live performance. “They look like kids. How old are they? Are Asian women even attracted to their own men?” the tweet declared.

The BTS Army on social media identified the agent as Brian Hughes, which Highline Residential confirmed after it announced Hughes’ relationship with the company had been terminated.
Hughes Twitter account has since been made private.
Some criticized the backlash saying Hughes should not have been outed and that a warning would have been enough.
Twitter user Shang Ho, who was among those who lead the backlash, said Hughes had only himself to blame.
