It was a down year for Manny Pacquiao, but a heck of a year for the Filipino Flash, Nonito Donaire. It was a year that saw Pacquiao lose two fights, one decisively and the other by controversial decision.
As for Donaire, he won all three of his fights and there are many who say he’s overtaken Pacquiao as the new face of boxing. The Pugilist named the Filipino Flash its boxer of the year.
