Iconic posters of Asian America will be on display beginning later this month at the NJAHS Peace Gallery in San Francisco’s Japantown.  The Japantown Art & Media Workshop, popularly known as JAM, produced community based art from 1977 to 2000. It’s screen print posters were a stable to help publicize Asian American events ranging from political rallies to community picnics.
