USA Today is reporting that Jeremy Lin will attend the Sundance Film Festival for a screening of Linsanity, a new documentary on his playing days at Harvard all the way to his rise to fame as a New York Knick.
Lin will attend Sunday, an off day in his NBA schedule and the day before he plays the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City.
“I’m excited for Jeremy that he will be able to experience his Sundance Premiere after all,”Evan Leong, the director of Linsanity said. “I’m thrilled that as a director, I’ll be able to watch the finished film with my film’s subject.”
Some of Lin’s teammates with the Houston Rockets will also be joining Jeremy for the screening. The film debut at Sundance to enthusiastic reviews and sold out crowds.
