A new study released by Pew Research Center and reported in the Tulsa World shows children of Asian, Hispanic and European immigrants have higher income, more college degrees and increased homeownership than their parents.
Additionally six out of 10 consider themselves to be “typical Americans” and more say they have friends outside their own ethnic group. They are also more likely to marry outside their race.
