A jury is deciding the case of an Indian American woman accused of keeping an undocumented Indian woman as a slave.
Daiji World reports the jury asked to review the testimony of defendant Annie George. George testified that her alleged slave was actually a family friend who was given money, but never an employee.
But secretly recorded conversations played by the prosecution show that George admitted to a friend she employed an illegal servant.
