Missing Two time Olympic Gold medalist and Korean American Sammy Lee has been found by authorities near his Huntington Beach home, reported the LA Times.
The 92-year old Lee suffers from dementia. He left his home Monday afternoon to go swimming and hadn’t been seen since. Authorities say they found him by tracking his credit card purchases.
Lee became the first Asian American to win a gold medal in the 1948 London Olympics in the men’s platform diving competition. He repeated the feat at Helsinki in 1952, becoming the oldest diver to ever win a gold medal at age 32.
