American Idol runner up Jessica Sanchez (seen here with Glee star Darren Criss) admits she’s nervous about her appearance on Thursday night’s season finale of Glee, reports the Daily Echo.
The show has been hyped all season with the Glee producers teasing that Sanchez would appear on an episode or episodes this season.
This week not only does she appear, but she will also sing, as she plays a diva from a rival Glee club.
Sanchez was honest with Executive Producer Ryan Murphy when she interviewed for the part, telling him that she had never acted before.
“I walked out and then a couple days later I get a call from my manager and she said that ‘he wants you to be in the show,’ and I’m like, ‘What? I’ve never acted before. That’s crazy!’ But ever since then, and that was like right after Idol, I’ve been taking acting classes and I’ve been really, really working on it. So hopefully it all pays off.”
