A high school graduate from Connecticut has become the first Indian American woman to be admitted into the West Point Academy in its 211 year history, reports the Jagran Post.
Sneha Singh will join the Academy July 1st. She was nominated for the post by United States Senator Joseph Lieberman and Connecticut 5th District Congressman Christopher Murphy.
