Laura Chin, a former executive director of the Organization of Chinese Americans, is dead at the age of 67.
Chin died after being diagnosed with a brain tumor.
She headed OCA from 1982- 1984 and was also a past vice president of Washington’s Asian Pacific American Heritage Council, and she chaired what is now the Federal Asian Pacific American Council.
