Evan Jackson Leong’s Linsanity will be released October 4th in 20 cities across the country.
Variety reports that Ketchup entertainment has signed a distribution deal for the documentary about the rise from basketball obscurity to Linsanity for Jeremy Lin.
The film will open in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and Boston and about 15 other cities.
It debut to rave reviews at the Sundance Film Festival and made its New York debut tonight at the Asian American International Film Festival.
Co-producers Chris Chen and Brian Yang, recently attended a screening in Washington,
“This journey of Jeremy’s has been remarkable,” said Yang according to ECNS. “I’m just glad I’ve been along for part of the ride.”
