Former CNN anchor Patti Tripathi knows first hand the impact her highly visible job as a national news anchor had on other Indian American women.
She’s hoping others will have the same impact.
That’s why Tripathi is putting together a calendar of prominent Indian American women with the proceeds going to charity, reports India West
“I’ve gone through a series of challenges in my own life, challenges that you might not expect somebody like a national news anchor to go through. So now, I’m proactively doing things to make a difference, to inspire other women.” said Tripathi.
The women who will be featured in the calendar have not yet been publicly announced. The money will go to two women crises centers.
