Pulitzer Prize winning Indian American author Jhumpa Lahiri can add another honor to her list, reports IBN Live.
She’s been nominated for the prestigious National Book Award.
Her book The Lowland is one of ten novels nominated in the fiction category.
Lahiri’s won the Pulitzer Prize in 2000 for her collection of stories, Interpreter of Maladies.
Her book The Namesake was adapted into a movie by no other than filmmaker Mira Nair
