Prosecutors in New York today revealed for the first time that two of five bikers arraigned in the beating of Alexian Lien threatened to go after Lien’s wife too, reports the Daily News.
“You’re going to get it too,” the prosecutor quoted them as saying to Alexian’s wife, Rosalyn.
Prosecutor Joshua Steinglass says Robert Sims and Jason Brown tried to pull a horrified Rosalyn out of the SUV moments after beating her bloodied husband.
Steinglass also accused Christopher Cruz of being the instigator of the whole incident, slowing down intentionally in front of Lien’s SUV until the SUV bumped into his Cruz’ motorcycle.
Cruz’ attorney says his clients involvement was just 20 seconds long.

Re: Prosecutors say biker suspects targeted beating victim’s wife: Many seems to completely ignore the fact there was a non-violent attempt of citizens arrest of a fleeing felon suspect at exit 14 ramp. All on video footage, has 5 cars with witnesses. Lien resists arrests and continues with further vehicular assault. The 2nd arrest is successful and SUV driver is extracted from vehicle. Rosalyn resists arrest. Many think the extraction of Rosalyn Ng was not necessary. However as long as Rosalyn stayed inside the SUV she had the full capability of jumping into the driver seat and command the 375 hp engine to do its job and continue fleeing.
