The Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center has unveiled its online exhibition, A Day in the Life of Asian Pacific America.
On May 10, photographers were invited to document the Asian Pacific American experience in photographs and submit them for consideration for the online exhibition.
500 people captured some 2,000 photographs. The photographs represented in the exhibition represents some of the best work among the 500 photographers.
Pictures were submitted from around the country and the world.
The exhibition is described as “the first crowd sourced gallery of the Asian Pacific American experience around the world as lived on one day.”
