The accusation added January 29 also names Keith Jackson, former school board president of the San Francisco Unified School District.
The two men face up to 20 years in prison for the latest charge, the same penalty they face for two grand jury indictments handed down in April and July.
A separate trial will be held later for 24 co-defendants.
