The CEO of American Apparel is maneuvering to get back the company he founded, reports the Inquirer.
The board ousted Dov Charney back in June 2014 after accusations of sexual harassment. manipulative behavior and verbal abuse including calling a group of employees “Filipino pigs…with your faces in the trough.”
Several firms who are backing Charney are making a bid to buy the bankrupt company.
There are also a group of loyalist in the company who would welcome it.
