Keqiu Wang is one tough lady.

The middle aged restaurant owner was at the cash register of her restaurant Crazy Wings in Virginia when a gunman pointed his weapon right at her head demanding she empty the cash register, reports Shanghaiist.

Rather than turn over the cash, she grabbed his arm, eventually wrestling the gun away from him.

Her husband hearing the commotion ran from the kitchen with a meat cleaver and slashed the gunman in the back, chasing him away.

The whole incident was captured on surveillance video which you can see in the video clip from WAVY-TV below.

Also check out the reaction on Wang’s face when she pointed the gun to the ground and fired it.

Apparently she didn’t think the gun was real because it looked so old.

Police later arrested the suspect who they identify as 19-year-old Jabri Brown.

Wang didn’t celebrate the arrest, however. Instead she expressed concern for the suspect, stunned that he was just 19.

“I hope he can change something,” she said. “I hope he doesn’t do it anymore.”
