An Asian woman identified as Marilou Danley is no longer a possible suspect in the horrific shooting in Las Vegas that left at least 59 dead and 527 injured (updated totals).
Authorities today (updated 10/3) said she is in the Philippines and expects to come back to the states next week.
On early Monday morning, police described her as a person of interest and distributed her picture through social media.

A little more than an hour later, she had been found out of the country.
We have located the vehicles in question, and we are confident we have located the female person of interest.

“We believe her at this time not to be involved,” said Las Vegas sheriff Joseph Lombardo at a news conference Monday.
Danley lived with the gunman, Stephen Paddock, who fired rounds of ammunition into a country concert below from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel.
Paddock shot and killed himself before police busted into his hotel room.
Danley’s Facebook page which is now deleted was full of pictures of her trip overseas. She is said to work in a casino as a high limit hostess. She is described as an Australian of Filipino descent. Police will question her in a search for a possible motive for Paddock’s rampage.
