Rapper Heems took to Instagram to call out the syndicated reality program Whacked Out Sports for mocking a Sikh accent and belittling a Sikh athlete.
According to Next Shark, the segment ridiculed the Holla Mohalla, a sacred Sikh festival.
It singled out a Sikh man offering a translation using a fake Sikh accent intended to be funny, but only succeeding in offending.
One Desi Vlogger took the program to task.
