Jackie Chan is famous for starring in movies such as Rush Hour, The Karate Kid, and The Foreigner. While many know him for his marvelous fighting skills in these films, they may not know that Chan has some extraordinary singing skills as well.
At the time that his acting career was growing, Chan had a singing career in Asia. Releasing his first album in 1984, Chan produced multiple albums in different languages, but stopped to focus on acting.
While many American readers are familiar with Donny Osmond singing the famous song I’ll Make A Man Out Of You in the film Mulan, Jackie Chan actually provided his singing voice for the Chinese version of the film.
Producing his last album in 2002, Chan will release another album in August of this year. It is reported that Chan has spent three years working on this new album, exhibiting the investment and passion he has put into it.
